Metrics are a way of capturing data that is consistent across all instances of the workflow, an example would be capturing a single building's information, where you might want to record the number of employees at the building, the Sqft, number of workstations etc.
These fields are pre-configured. Once this section is filled out, a new tile with the information will appear within the workflow and can be referred back to at any time.
