A workflow questionnaire is a form that is usually completed at the start of the workflow in order to capture pre-project information. This form is highly configurable and can ask for information in the form of text inputs, button selections, select dropdowns etc.
The questionnaire can be configured to pop up whenever a new workflow has been created or resign within the workflow itself allowing users to fill out the form after the workflow has been created.
