Configuring Dashboard Boards & Cards
To begin creating a customised dashboard for your workflow, first, head over to 'Workflows' under the 'Administration' section from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. From here, select the workflow you require by clicking the 'View' button. Navigate over to the 'Insights' tab along the top and select the 'New Board' button at the bottom of the screen to begin creating a board.
You are able to create multiple boards but will only be able to display one on the workflow dashboard. To view multiple boards from the dashboard page you will need to use tabs. Configure a new tabbed board by either clicking on the 'Add' tab when editing the current board or selecting one board from the 'Main Board' dropdown when creating a new one.
Insights
To select the data you want to display on your board, select the card type from the 'Add Card' button at the top right of the screen. Fill in the information and select the data to display from the pre-determined list. You can customise the size and location of the card. Once everything has been set up, select the 'Update Board' button at the bottom of the page.
Workflow Config
Once you have set up and designed your boards and cards how you would like them, you will need to toggle the dashboard to display your board. To do this navigate over to the 'Config' tab. From here you will see the option for 'Board to Display'. Select the board you have set up, this will now be shown on the workflow dashboard.
