Throughout SuperByte there are specific terms used for different things. Below is a list of terms used across the platform and their meaning.
Portal - The homepage for all company info and a way to access other SuperByte applications.
Tile - A tile is a single page on the portal. This can be used for multiple page types.
Launch Menu - This refers to the nine squares at the top left of each page, which allow you to open up a menu to navigate to other areas of SuperByte.
Dashboard - An admin page that displays page visits, activity and download count.
Passport - SuperBytes user management system, used to manage access and permissions across the platform.
REview - Is a global view of your entire portfolio. See location details all on one page.
REflow - Is a tool to complete repeatable processes to achieve a wider goal.
REsearch - An application used to survey people's opinions and views.
REcharge - A financial tracking tool to assist project managers with budgeting and resourcing.
REbot - Used for all automation across the platform and scorecard calculations.
Design Guide - An interactive way to display specific space requirements and brand guidelines.
Single Location View - Refers to the view the user sees when on a specific location. This is completely customisable and can be configured using boards and cards.
Location Cluster - A cluster is displayed on the map view, multiple locations in the same area will get grouped into a location cluster.
Scorecards - With customisable metrics each of your locations is given an overall score alongside specific actions on how to improve that score.
Captures - The administration of a capture, including launching, closing and prompting users to complete their capture surveys.
My Surveys - A list of all the open capture surveys assigned to a user.
Capture Types - The templates for captures. Setup new templates with different sections and questions.
Questionnaire - A type of capture survey to ask location questions that can be scored at the end of the survey.
Data Gathering - A type of capture survey to gather information regarding a specific location type.
Data Confirmation - A type of capture survey that utilizes pre-existing data where users can confirm the validity of the data.
Datasets - All of the different data or reports pulled into the system.
Reports - Pull data from across data sets and from locations into a single report.
Roles - Users typically fall into specific roles, these roles can be restricted to only allow that user to be able to view or edit certain areas of the platform.
Location Types - A list of how your locations are broken down, typically into Region, Country, City and Site.
Integrations - All of the applications and third-party software connected to the platform.
Listeners - A list of all the automation running on the specific application.
Dashboard - REflow's homepage where you will find any workflow or programme you are a part of.
Programme - A programme is an overarching project that can include multiple workflows. Programmes can have their own roles, stages and attributes, breaking down large projects into more manageable processes.
Templates - A template can be configured for programmes. This includes setting up the roles, stages and attributes alongside which workflows are launched when the programme is started.
Workflow - A workflow is a pre-defined process for completing a project.
Permissions - This is where the roles are configured for specific workflows, restricting access to certain actions depending on the role a user is assigned to.
Statuses - Configuration for custom statuses, these can be set on individual workflows.
Config - The main configuration of a workflow, admins can set up how the workflow will work.
Insights - Setup and configuration of boards and cards that will be displayed on the individual workflow dashboard.
Plans - You can set up default plans and automatic action assignments based on roles.
Exports - Documents can be generated with data from the workflow. These can be configured from this page.
The Tenants section of your profile will display the access and all licenses you have as an employee at your company while using the platform, and will display which modules and applications are associated with your account.
If your employer has access to one of our packages or modules, then you will see the corresponding modules and applications in the tenants section of the profile page.
