Milestones show the stage gates are from top to bottom, providing a clear and organised overview of your project. Within each stage gate, all the relevant activities are shown, allowing you to track progress and tasks at each phase of the project.

The 'Info' tab displays all essential information about the project alongside key data from forms and approvals in the side panel. This allows you to quickly navigate through the information, eliminating the need to scroll back through the chat thread on the overview page, making it easier to access relevant details in a more organised and efficient manner.

The 'People' tab consolidates all individuals working on the project in one place. This feature allows you to quickly review who is involved and their respective roles, making it easier to track contributions and responsibilities within the team.

If a location is added to the workflow and contains data in REview (Portfolio), the data will automatically be pulled into the 'Locations' tab and displayed with its associated cards and boards.

The 'Settings' tab directs you to the settings of the workflow. This is where project specific information can be updated, such as, “Name”, “Location“ & “Status“.

In addition, other tabs become available once activity is completed on a workflow. The “Files” tab allows you to upload files to the workflow to share with users within the project. The “Planning” tab allows project managers to schedule tasks and assign activities to specific roles. Both of these tabs are highly configurable and have their own guidance linked below.
