Admins can adjust what activities different roles can complete on a workflow. To edit these permissions navigate to the 'Workflows' page under the 'Administration' tab. This page lists all of the active workflows on the platform, select the specific workflow you would like to edit using the 'Edit; button on the right-hand side of the screen. From here you will be able to access the permissions tab and edit any of the workflow roles associated with the selected workflow. The edit page will list all of the activities available in the workflow, you will be able to toggle the activities on and off for the specific role.
When configuring the role, if 'Edit' is selected, the user will be able to complete the activity on the workflow. If 'View' is selected the user will not have the ability to complete the activity but will only be able to view the activity in the history pane on the left of the screen. If 'Hidden' is selected the user will not see the activity in the workflow or see any details in the history pane if completed by another user.
