If you have been assigned to a capture and are unable to complete it, you can reassign your capture to another user. To do this, first navigate to your captures by clicking on 'My Captures' at the bottom right of the screen and then click on the 'Reassign' button. You will then be able to select the user you would like to reassign to and confirm this decision by clicking on the 'Reassign Contact' button.
Assigning to a user not in the system
If the admin has enabled new user reassignment for the capture you will be able to request to re-assign the capture to a user that doesn't currently have an account on the platform. They will be able to review your request and re-assign the capture to the new user.
