Multi-select scored question types are where there is one overarching question, and the user has to rate some or all of the answers on a scale.
Subtext: Additional text can be added to aid the responder e.g. Select one option
Presentation: Generally set to default, options include small/large thumb - usually selected if images are included in the question
Category: Allows for the addition of a category, this acts as a response dashboard filter allowing questions to be grouped under the same tab.
Minimum Select: Select the minimum number of options the responder is required to give
Maximum Select: Select the maximum number of options the responder is required to give
Minimum Score: The minimum score that can be assigned to each option
Maximum Score: The maximum score that can be assigned to each option
Minimum text: What will be displayed to the responder as text for the minimum score
Maximum text: What will be displayed to the responder as text for the maximum score
To create the options list, click the โoptionโ button and then input the choices as appropriate. The list will be displayed as shown below.
Text: The text that will be displayed to the responder is typed into this field
Value: Is displayed on graph/chart visuals displayed in the response dashboards
Position: Where the option will be displayed in relation to other options
Activity Weight: Two options provided, select one or none
Image: Optional
The N/A option is available on this question, so users are able to skip these types of questions.
