As a co-ordinator you are able to create surveys, edit responses specifically to filterable questions, share the link to responders, track the progress of the survey and view the response dashboards. Link sharing to guest responders is supported by copying the link displayed when you hover over the icon located beside the survey name.
To view the progress of an individual survey, click the “view” button. This will give you a view of how many responders have started or completed their surveys.
When creating a survey as a co-ordinator this form needs to be completed. Your survey reference will be suffixed to the reference of the survey type selected. Inputting the number of responses will enable the co-ordinator to track the progress of completion by responders.
In order for the co-ordinator to configure responses to questions, the admin user will have to have enabled this when creating the base survey. The co-ordinator will go through the process of setting up a new survey. If customisation is enabled this will be highlighted next to the questions of which it is applicable.
It is important to note that once the user has moved past the response configuration stage, there isn’t an option to go back to edit responses, as this launches the survey and could potentially affect the results if people have already started answering their questions.
