In order to implement a new question library, the admin user would leave the clone from the field as well as the Build from template check box blank which will allow them to build a survey from scratch by dragging and dropping the question types and inputting into the fields as appropriate.
The Survey tool has a question editing feature that allows for the admin to select whether filter questions are configurable, selectable, or fixed. This allows responses to filter questions to be editable at the co-ordinator level by using the customisability option.
Response dashboards are now generated automatically once a responder has completed their survey. In the question editing view that the admin has access to they are able to add a category from a pre-determined list to apply to that particular question, in the dashboard this will place this question under a tab for this category.
The ability to apply local languages exists within the platform through creating a copy of a template survey, then setting it up as a base survey and manually inputting the translations for both the questions and the responses in the desired language.
It is important to note that this must be done by an admin user, if opened to a co-ordinator this will place limitations on the responses being changed to the local language only to those that are selectable and configurable.
