Posting a comment to a workflow will allow you to provide vital information to the project workflow. To post a comment, click within the comment box at the top of the workflow.
This will cause the box to expand and require you to enter additional details before submitting the comment to the workflow.

You can upload resources to your projects and share those resources with other members. This feature is handy for team members looking to share information and avoid cluttering other resource spaces.
To upload a resource, click the ‘Paperclip‘ icon at the right hand side of the comment box. This will bring up an overlay allowing you to select the file you would like to upload to the workflow.
Each workflow will have unique stage gates to progress through. The stages of a workflow are displayed along the top of the page, displaying what stage the workflow is currently in. These stages can also link to help guidance or playbooks stored on the portal.
Once the current stage of a project has been completed and the project is ready to move to the next stage, click the 'Progress' to next stage button, this button will move the project to the next stage of the process and add specific features related to the stage that you are progressing to.
Regressing stage button allows you to return to a previous stage, should information be missing from the project that you need before proceeding to the next stage.
When a project is regressed, all functions in the previous stage are restored and users are able to operate as usual.
To regress a stage, click the 'Regress' button and confirm that you wish to regress.

Once you are happy that everything for that specific workflow is complete, you can sign off and close the workflow by clicking the 'Complete Workflow' button.
Once a workflow has been completed, it will disappear from the dashboard. The workflow can be accessed again if needed by filtering for completed workflows on the dashboard.
